Holland & Barrett's Omega 3 Fish Oil Concentrate caplets contain contaminant free, pure fish oil to provide adequate quantities of essential fatty acids. Essential Fatty Acids must be ingested from food as they are not naturally produced by the body. EPA and DHA are Essential Omega-3 fatty acids commonly found in fish oils.
