Find a quiet, comfortable area. Place the acupressure mat on a flat surface either on the floor, your bed, or a' sofa. If you are new to acupressure, place a thin towel or T-shirt over the mat for your first few sessions.
2
Slowly lower yourself onto the mat, ensuring your weight is evenly spread across the acupressure points. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and allow your muscles to release tension naturally over the next 15-30 minutes
3
When your session is complete, roll gently to one side before standing. Drink a glass of water to support circulation. With regular use-morning and evening-you will feel progressively more benefit
