For the compote:
- 400g blackberries
- 50g golden caster sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced
Place the blackberries, sugar and lemon in a saucepan.
Smash the blackberries with a potato masher or fork, until broken down.
Bring the mixture to the boil.
Reduce the liquid until the mixture has thickened to a jammy consistency (usually for around 15 minutes).
Once ready, transfer to a bowl and allow to cool completely.
Layer up small tumbler glasses with the yoghurt, granola and blackberry compote.
