All UK-based adults. Unfortunately, children and young people under the age of 18 can’t use our tests.
You need to register your test before you send it back to us. Here’s how to do it:
1. Download the Ivie Wellness app
2. Click ‘Register a test’ on the homepage
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your test
4. Write your registration code on the Test Request Form that came in your kit

Yes. You can find the expiry date on the side of the box that your test came in. Make sure you always use a test that is still in date.
It's best to take your test first thing in the morning, just after you wake up.
You should get your results within 48 hours. Please contact help@iviewellness.co if you haven’t received your results in 2 working days.
